First sales for Max Health™ were realised in early 2009 following a deal done with UK company Martindale Pharma. The Martindale portfolio has since grown to over a dozen products, with several more in registration.

The company has achieved it’s growth goals via a focus on dedicated hard work, along with the intimate knowledge of the local regulatory and reimbursement environment and continual contact with our Hospital based customers. Often considered a 'tender market', New Zealand pharma actually offers commercial opportunities both within and outside the tender environment. Smart, local operators can take advantage of this situation to deliver value to New Zealand hospital and retail customers. This has been the vision and mission of the Max Health™ team and has led to strong sales growth, year on year, and consistent incremental returns for our international partners including Martindale Pharma, Hameln Plus (Germany), Orion Pharma (Finland) and Wockhardt (UK).
